Study Trip to Finland for Educators – August 2022

A group of school educators participated in a study visit in Tampere, Finland between the 22nd and 26th August 2022, as part of the Finland 2 Erasmus project which has been running for two years. The group spent 5 days visiting various schools where they observed different teaching practices. They also had the opportunity to participate in the lessons and engage in activities prepared by the students. The educators also discussed pedagogical issues with the school staff.

During the study visit, the group also followed lectures about the Finnish education system at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Our school collaborated with Learning Scoop Finland for this project.

This study visit was a great learning opportunity for the educators to observe good practices which would enable them to improve their teaching practices in order to enhance their students’ learning experience.

This project was co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and supported by the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) in collaboration with Learning Scoop Finland.
