On Thursday 14th and Friday 15th October 2021, Ms Nancy Camilleri, Missio Tfal coordinator, spoke to the girls during the morning assemblies about the mission of Missio Malta, a voluntary organisation which works with missionaries and communities around the world to combat poverty. Ms Camilleri explained that this year Missio Malta will be helping the Arrupe Centre in Cambodia which works with children and youths that have been injured by the mines still embedded in the fields from the war. She spoke about the mission of this centre and urged the girls to be generous in their donations on World Mission Day which will be celebrated on 24th October 2021. During this week, envelopes will be distributed to the students where the girls are invited to donate money which will go towards this noble cause.
