On Friday 11 th January 2019 Ms. Sonia Zammit from the Literacy Team of the Education Secretariat held a very informative session with the parents of Grade 1. During the presentation the phonics programme and various ideas and suggestions were discussed, of how the parents can contribute towards the acquisition of reading and writing skills of their children.
