On Tuesday 7th December 2021, the Grade 5 class had a Maths lesson with a difference. The girls made use of the Sphero robots provided by the school in order to revise 2D shapes. The girls worked in groups. Each girl was assigned the task to draw a 2D shape using the Sphero app and her group had to guess the shape she had drawn by following the pattern that Sphero created on the ground. The girls really enjoyed this lesson as it incorporated the use of robotics, which they had a taster of a couple of years back when Robocoach first started its after school programme at our school. Well done to Ms. Nicole Inguanez for the interesting and engaging lesson.
