On Thursday 21st March the grade 5 girls visited the Hagar Qim and Mnajdra temples. This visit was planned as part of the social studies curriculum. Having the girls visit a UNESCO certified World Heritage Site, they were able to learn and explore the area much better. The girls were also lead by a Heritage Malta guide who kindly explained about the history and the formation of these temples.
