On Thursday 18th November 2021, the Grade 5 girls visited the fishing village of Marsaxlokk as part of their continuous assessment for Social Studies. During their lessons in class, the girls have learnt about the fishing industry in Malta. Throughout the fieldwork activity, they applied what they learnt in class, as well as experienced new things in person. They were also lucky enough to encounter some local fishermen who were very glad to talk to them and explain what they were doing. Thanks to Ms. Nicole Inguanez, who coordinated the activity, and Ms. Christine Mallia and Ms. Lucia Garcia for helping out during the outing.
