The Form 2 class have performed a Science experiment in the lab to see if a mixture of sand, salt, and water can be separated. We used various methods of separating techniques.
We first dissolved the salt completely by the method of filtration. We heated the salty water which lead to the evaporation of water and crystilisation of salt.
This was an exciting and interesting practical lesson which amazed us aswell. We learnt about the different processes that happen in everyday life.
