As part of the Grade 2 topic on animals during Maltese lessons, the students participated in a collaborative writing activity. Working in groups, they observed and discussed a picture of a farm, sharing their ideas and sentences with one another. Together, they created sentences and wrote them on their whiteboards before presenting their work to the rest of the class. This activity encouraged communication, teamwork, and the development of their speaking and writing skills. It also helped the students practise and make use of Maltese vocabulary related to animals and the farm, reinforcing the language learned throughout the topic. Thanks to Ms Stephanie Saliba, Ms Maria Agius, Ms Roberta Gatt and Ms Jocelyn Sammut Mizzi for preparing this lesson.
