Home Economics Practical Session for Senior 2 Class – March 2024


On the 8th February and 7th March 2024, the Senior 2 students created a pasta dish during the Home Economics lesson. The girls used wholegrain pasta, different types of vegetables, protein and cheese. The girls learned about the importance of eating various vegetables with our daily meals and using wholegrain pasta as it contains a lot of fibre and helps our digestive system. The girls complemented the dish with a refreshing drink made with cucumber, mint and lemon. The session was coordinated by Ms Rachel Sladden, the H.E. teacher, with the help of Ms Roberta Gatt.
