During a recent Italian lesson, the Senior 1 students were asked to ponder upon different questions related to technology that is widespread in today’s society. The girls worked in groups while thinking about the message of a song that was previously watched, with regards to the importance of technology as well as the usefulness of the human contact in today’s world. During the activity, the important use of technology was discussed, yet, one needs to be careful of the consequences if technology is not used appropriately. The girls enjoyed this lesson with a difference since they did research on words that they had to come up with themselves. The activity was coordinated by Ms. Elisa Saliba, the Italian teacher, with the help of Ms. Elaine Azzopardi and Ms. Katia Camilleri.
