School Calendar First Term 2024-2025
On Wednesday 22nd and 29th January 2025, the Senior 1 students practised different cutting techniques like slicing, dicing, chopping, and grating. They had the freedom to choose what to prepare, creating colourful salad cups or fruit kebabs. Not only did they have fun experimenting with different ingredients, but they also packed their dishes with essential nutrients making them delicious and perfect for healthy eating. This lesson formed part of this scholastic year’s EkoSkola Committee focus on reducing food waste and choosing sustainable and healthy living with the girls preparing their own healthy meal.
This session was coordinated by Ms Rachel Sladden, the H.E. teacher, with the help of Ms Antonella Tirchett.
