Grade 3 girls Experience a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Session with Ms Elaine – October 202


Our Grade 3 girls had the pleasure to experience a mindfulness and wellbeing session with Ms Elaine, a mindfulness trainer and practitioner with a background knowledge in psychology and mental health. The session involved a mixture of classroom activities whereby the students were introduced to the concept of mindfulness, followed by a breathing meditation activity in the yard. If you would like your daughter to experience the benefits that mindfulness and other wellbeing techniques have to offer, join her afterschool sessions every Wednesday (Years 1 to 4) or Friday (Year 5 upwards).
