Recently, the Grade 5 students baked traditional Maltese bones — a popular treat during this time of year in Malta — but gave them a creative twist by making them as cookies! After baking, they decorated their delicious creations with their preferred chocolate coatings and colourful sprinkles. The students also took part in a discussion about the traditions associated with the 1st and 2nd of November, learning how these special days were celebrated in the past.

The activity was coordinated by Ms. Nicole Inguanez, with the help of Ms. Rodianne Polidano and Ms. Martha Urpani.
