Every year, our school participates in the YRE Competition by submitting the Senior 2s work. With the help of Ms. Julie, the students produce an investigative article about something bothersome around them; in fact the main aim of YRE is to engage youth in resolving environmental problems and issues. Local winners are given certificates and cash vouchers and are given the awards during the annual YRE Awards ceremony which will take place in June. The best national entries out of each category, then compete with other non-Maltese entries too.
