The Grade 5 students had a wonderful day visiting Nature Trust’s Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre on Monday 2nd March 2026!

During their visit, they were given a guided tour of the centre and learned about the important work being done to protect and care for Malta’s wildlife. They discovered fascinating facts about native species such as bats, snakes, and turtles, and gained a deeper appreciation on the importance of respecting and protecting our natural environment.
The experience continued with a peaceful walk in the nearby countryside, where students enjoyed observing nature up close. The day ended with lunch outdoors, making it a perfect blend of learning and fresh air.
The activity was organised by Ms Nicole Inguanez, with the help of Ms Rodianne Polidano and Ms Martha Urpani.
