Tablets which were used during a pilot project in the past years have come into use again for Science lessons. Ms Madeleine Agius Carbonaro, the Science teacher, is making use of the tablets in her lessons, thanks to the help of Mr Julian Busuttil, the school technician. The Senior 2 students have recently used the tablets to follow a video in the school yard in order to see what happens to their heart after physical exercise. With the installation of an app on the tablets, the students could also conduct a virtual dissection of the heart. Ms Madeleine will be making use of the tablets for more interactive lessons like online quizzes as well as the recording of results during lab experiments.
