On Saturday 6th July 2019, the PTA of Mater Boni Consilii St. Joseph School Paola with the help of the school administration, organized the Thanksgiving Mass which has become an annual event in the school calendar. Around 280 people – students, staff and their families attended for Mass which was celebrated by Fr. Mangani. Also present for this mass were the sisters from the community of St. Joseph of the Apparition. Ms. M’Grace Grech music teacher, led the school choir during mass.
At the end of Mass, Dr. Vella expressed his thanks to the staff and to the parents for their continuous support. Mass was followed then by a social event with the participation of a very good number of students, staff and their relatives. Dr. Kenneth Vella and the PTA would also like to thank several companies, who assisted in the organization of this event. At the end of the activity, a lottery was also held, and 4 parents won 4 tickets to two destinations provided by Brittania Tours and another 3 vouchers were won by parents to avail themselves of a cut and blow-dry from D- Abby’s Hair Salon.
