Senior 2 Practical Session – May & June 2022


On 27th May and 3rd June 2022, the Senior 2 girls took part in the last practical for this scholastic year. They created a short crust pie using the rubbing-in method. The girls chose to fill their pies either with savoury or sweet ingredients such as chicken, ricotta and apples. The girls complemented their dish with a refreshing strawberry and basil drink. Well done to Ms. Rachel Sladden, the Home Economics teacher, for coordinating this activity, with the help of Ms. Herta Camilleri.
