On the 8th and 15th of February 2023, during the Home Economics lesson, the Senior 1 students had a practical where they prepared a healthy lunch. The girls did a sandwich using whole meal bread, as it is full of fibre, and filled it with a fresh salad, cheese, or tuna. The dish was complemented with an orange and lemon drink which the girls made from scratch. The girls worked hard to present a colourful and wonderful dish so they could eat it as part of their lunch. Well done to Ms Rachel Sladden, the Home Economics teachers, who organised the practical, with the help of Ms Roberta Gatt.
