As part of our Science lessons, the grade 2’s took part in an experiment which helped them to understand how to sow seeds and what items are needed to sow a seed. This activity was held last Tuesday 16th January 2018. This was a hands-on experiment where each student was given a cup, the soil was placed in the cup, the students formed little holes and then placed their seed. We finished off by watering the plants. The containers were then placed on the windowsill for direct sunlight. The girls are now very excited to observe and record the growth of their plants.
