On Thursday 26th January 2023, the Grade 3 class went on a school trip to Mdina. First they explored the Natural History Museum, where they learnt about the classification of animals, and about vertebrates. They also learnt about the different fauna found on the Maltese islands, and enjoyed seeing the minerals on display. Later, they had a walk around the silent city, observing the narrow streets, the bastion walls, and the buildings within the city walls. They visited the Mdina Cathedral, where they admired the beauty of this cathedral. Finally, they concluded the trip with a well-deserved break at the swings outside the Mdina gate. It was an enjoyable and interesting day. The girls were accompanied by Ms Veronique Sultana, Ms Ritianne Brincat and Ms Raquel Zarb.
