As part of the activities related to EU Code Week, on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th October 2022, the Grade 2 class changed into a building workshop where students followed instructions on a tablet to build a sorting garbage truck from Lego blocks using Lego WeDo 2.0. The tablets which were used during the activity were provided by the school following the purchase of a number of tablets at the beginning of this scholastic year to be used for ICT-related lessons. Following the building activity, the girls used the app to code the garbage truck in order to tip the small garbage out. The activity was coordinated by Ms Stephanie Saliba, with the help of Ms Katia Camilleri and Ms Clare Meilak.
