On Friday 18th June 2021, the Grade 2 girls had a camping experience in the school yard. They had various hands-on activities related to camping such as learning how to do basic knots, learning what is inside a first aid kit, campfire songs and cooking marshmallows over the campfire. They also worked out activities from the activity booklet. Towards the end of the session, they had a Stem activity where they built a tent from spaghetti and playdough. It was a great learning experience for the girls. Well done to Ms Stephanie Saliba and Ms Donna Muscat for organising such an interesting activity which the girls really enjoyed.
