The Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Malta, Tomasz Czyszek, recently donated a book written by a famous Polish author to our school library, on the occasion of the author’s 100th birthday. ‘The Cyberiad’ was written by Stanislaw Lem, one of the most famous authors of science fiction literature in the world. In his book, Lem predicted the emergence of many technologies that we use today, like the Internet, tablets and e-books. The book was presented to Ms. Mary Grace Grech, the school librarian.
