On Thursday 21st February, during the morning assembly, the Senior 1 and 2 students who take French were asked to show the certificates that they received some days ago for having participated in a competition entitled ‘Créer un menu français.’ The girls really worked hard and they persevered so as to come up with very original menus, and they included diverse French typical specialities which are really delicious. They categorised them since they had to focus on five entrées, plats principaux, boissons and desserts. The girls were prepared by Ms Elisa Saliba.
