Colazione/pranzo Italiana/o – Activity related to some of the most popular Italian food
On Monday 18th May 2026, the Senior 2 students enjoyed themselves during the Italian lesson dedicated to the typical Italian food that each girl prepared at home, even with the help of their guardians, or they had bought and brought to school to celebrate ‘la cucina italiana’ in its entirety. They presented in Italian what they had got, they tasted these ‘delizie’ and they shared this ‘cibo’ with the other students in their class and with the educators as well. This activity took place in class and there was a wide variety of items, such as panini con il salame, involtini di prosciutto e parmigiano, spaghetti al pomodoro, pizza Margherita e ai funghi, polpetti son il sugo, insalata Caprese, cornetti, fette biscottate con la marmellata, biscotti con la ‘Nutella,’ ‘Mulino Bianco,’ ‘Kinder Brioss,’ yogurt con gusti differenti, cioccolata calda, succhi di frutta.
This activity took place under the supervision of Ms Elisa Saliba, the Italian teacher, with the help of Ms Antonella Tirchett, and the foreign students of the Senior classes conducting their internship at our school, who gave a precious helping hand as well.
