On Friday 1st March 2019 the students and staff at Mater Boni Consilii St. Joseph School Paola celebrated carnival. The students came to school dressed up in different costumes or in casual clothes. Throughout the day the class teachers in the various classes organised cooking and craft activities related to Carnival traditions and customs. After break then the upper classes enjoyed a Zumba session led by the PE teacher whilst the younger classes had special activities in the gym prepared by Balloon Man Malta. As has now become a tradition the staff also participated with the students and dressed up as a deck of cards for the morning’s activities.
