On Wednesday 1 st March 2017 the students, staff, parents and members of the community of Mater Boni Consilii St. Joseph School Paola celebrated Holy Mass at Christ the King Church. Mass was celebrated by Fr. Dominic Mangani and Fr. Keith Scicluna. Fr. Keith in his Homily emphasized about the importance of being united in a community especially during the time of Lent. He also reminded the congregation of the 50 th Anniversary of the Paola Parish.
For this reason the students, prepared projects and charts related to the 50 th anniversary of Christ the King Church as a parish which were exhibited in church. Later on during the morning Canon Dun Marc Andre Camilleri visited school and shared with the students of various classes a presentation about the work involved to maintain the church and the services offered.
