On Tuesday 21st December 2021, the fourth and final candle of advent was lit up during the assembly with the junior classes. Sophie Galea, Leah Meilaq Suban, Emily Saliba and Kelly Scerri read some reflections about lent and explained the meaning of the fourth candle which symbolises peace. Sr. Kalpna Tirkey read short prayers related to advent. Dr. Vella reminded the girls about the significance of Christmas, when Jesus Christ was born.
Thanks to Ms. Mary Grace Grech, the Music teacher, for preparing hymns which were sung during the celebration, and also to the Pastoral Care team for coordinating this activity.
