On Wednesday 5th February and 12th February 2020 the Senior 2 took part in a Home Economics activity. They did a practical in which they used leftover chicken so that they will know how to cook using leftover food, and use wisely their leftovers when cooking. The students prepared pita pockets filled with couscous, and leftover chicken. The also did an orange and a lemon drink, prepared freshly by the students.
