Grade 5 Participation in EU Code Week Celebration – June 2024

On the 23rd May, the Grade 5s students took part in the EU Code Week Celebration during their ICT lessons. The girls had to create an animated dialogue through their J2E Code app on their tablet. The students really enjoyed this activity, which formed part of the EU Code Celebration, and were also very pleased that they got introduced to something that they were not aware of in their j2e platform. This was done in a 40-minute lesson, but the students were encouraged to experiment at home by using the tablet provided under the One-Tablet-per-Child scheme, as this task enhances creativity and innovation! On Thursday 20th June 2024, the girls were handed a small token of appreciation for their hard-work.
