Grade 1 Girls Exploring the Art of Cheeselet Making – March 2025

On Tuesday 25th March 2025, the Grade 1 girls, the girls explored the art of cheeselet making! A student in class did a presentation about a family farm and discussed the products they get from their animals. Then, the girls played a matching game to learn about animal products. This was followed by a hands-on activity where the girls prepared their own cheeselets and discovered the role of the qaleb in the process. While waiting for the cheeselets to harden, they enjoyed a taste of Apostle Ring and fresh broad beans—a delicious and educational experience!
