Cooking Session – June 2025

On the 30th April and 4th June 2025, the girls from Senior 1 created rock buns with chocolate chips, fruit or dried fruit using the rubbing-in method during the Home Economics lesson. The girls used the rubbing-in technique using their fingertips to rub in the fat into the flour. The girls also used wholemeal flour as it is important to incorporate fibre in our dishes. The girls complemented the dish with a herbal drink. The session was coordinated by Ms Rachel Sladden, H.E. teacher.
