Our school welcomes Ms Marissa Bagadi – April 2025

Our school welcomes Ms Marissa Bagadi, a student from the University of French Guiana, who is conducting an internship through Erasmus+ mobility programme. This experience would also enable Ms Marissa to learn about the Maltese education system and gain experience in Maltese classrooms. Ms Bagadi is the first student teacher coming to our school from French Guiana. This country is situated on the northeastern coast of South America. It is bounded by Brazil to the south and east, Suriname to the west, and the Atlantic Ocean to the northeast. This is the first educator from French Guiana who is being hosted by the school. Presently, the school is also hosting educators from Germany and Belgium, and in the past months, St Joseph Mater Boni Consilii School Paola also welcomed and hosted educators from Estonia, Finland, United Kingdom, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Serbia. These experiences are also made possible thanks to the collaboration agreements which were signed in recent years with various entities.
