Collaboration with KMS School in Ethiopia – February 2024

During this scholastic year, our school is collaborating with KMS School in Ethiopia in the Connecting Classrooms initiative. On Tuesday 27th February 2024,  Sr Laetitia Borg, the school Principal and coordinator of the project in the Ethiopian school, visited our school. She met Ms Cristina Spiteri and Ms Mary Grace Grech, who are coordinating the project at our school. Sr Laetitia also met our girls and addressed them during assembly.

 

The Connecting Classrooms initiative is being taken thanks to the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Trade, and the collaboration between the head of school, Dr Kenneth Vella, who is also Non-Resident Ambassador of Malta to Estonia and Finland and Mr Ronald Micallef, Ambassador of Malta to Ethiopia and Representative of Malta to the African Union.
