3D shapes using marshmallows – October 2016

On Thursday 20 th October 2016 during the Maths lesson, the Grade 4 students took part in a hands-on activity where they made their own 3D shapes using kebab sticks and marshmallows. Some made a cube, a cuboid and a square-based pyramid. Students then discussed the different properties of the 3D shapes.
